Referral
Vets, we appreciate your considerations to refer your case to Kenwick Wellness Centre. Please fill in the referral form and we will work with the referral information you provided to develop a specific plan for your patient.
What happens after the patient is referred?
- Your referred patient will have an initial assessment. We will develop a plan that would compliment the care you have already provided.
- If requested, we will provide detail reports on the patient’s progress while they are under our care. These can be emailed to you on a regular basis.
- If we discover something else that requires veterinary attention, we will send the patient back to your practice for assessment and treatment.
